Multiplying PC Processing Capabilities
Flexi Modules release you from the limited power of a single PC and the annoying multiplicity of peripheral devices connected to PC's. It enables you to run simultaneously as many PCs as your application requires. Consequently you can run as many channels as you wish. These channels can be of various types: peripheral buses, digital to analog converters, analog to digital converters, generators, power drivers, etc.
We help you to achieve real time measurements occurring at the same instance in time - simultaneously synchronized for real time synchronized applications. You can easily multiply your PC processing power with the clock resolution in microseconds or nanoseconds, i.e. the same clock running several Flexi Modules which will synchronize several PCs. If you multiply your PC processing power for one or more applications you will achieve parallel PC processing.
There are three major methods in which you can use Flexi Modules
- Run up to 256 Flexi Modules per one PC, but a single PC processing power restricts the data transfer rate. Although the data transfer rate per Flexi Module is slowed, every Flexi Module is capable of handling up to 1000 relays or 1000 slow digital to analog or analog to digital converters etc.
- A single Flexi Module can be connected to an unlimited number of PCs. The Module can be connected up to several thousand PCs at the same time if required. This will enable huge PC processing power, more than enough for your complex applications - making TERA Instructions Per Second if necessary.
- For general applications, to get the best results you are able to combine these two previous methods. You can use both methods for instance - several PCs and several Flexi Modules per PC at the same time and make more efficient application processing. For example: you can run simultaneously a hundred PCs and more than a hundred Flexi Modules with mixed correlated applications.
